What Methods of Payment do you accept?

Payment in full is expected on the day of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master and credit/debit cards,
Although we’re not a free clinic we do offer sliding fee discounts to the uninsured and to patients who are having difficulty
paying.

What is Sliding Fee?

Person Family Medical & Dental Center offer a Sliding Fee Scale Program to our patients who may have difficulty affording
healthcare.
The payment is discounted according to your family size and income. We offer Patient Assistance Program (PAP) to
assist those eligible through the Sliding Fee Program with the costs of some prescription drugs.

Any major insurance plan
Medicaid/ NC Health Choice
Medicare
Self pay - based on a sliding fee schedule according to income.
We have a 340B prescription program to help with medications.

Does Person Family Medical & Dental Center accept donations?

Yes, donations are always welcomed.
